By downloading or using Tider (the "Application"), created by Sandip Dey (the "Service Provider"), you agree to these terms. Please read them before using the Application.
The serviceTider generates audio from your documents on your own device. Core generation is free and unlimited. An optional paid Pro tier adds cloud sync of your saved plans across devices, sold as a subscription through the Apple App Store.
Your contentYou keep all rights to the documents you use and the audio you generate. Because generation is on-device, you are responsible for having the rights to any content you convert, and for how you use the audio you produce.
Acceptable useDo not use Tider to infringe others' rights or to break the law. Unauthorized copying, reverse-engineering, or redistribution of the Application or its trademarks is not permitted.
SubscriptionsPro subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple under your App Store account. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store settings. Prices and features may change; any change will be communicated before it applies.
Third-party servicesModel files are downloaded from Hugging Face and are subject to their own licenses and terms. Payment and subscription handling on iOS is provided by Apple.
Warranty & liabilityThe Application is provided "as is". The Service Provider is not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes & terminationThe Service Provider may update or discontinue the Application at any time. Continued use after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of them.
